General Policy

We aim to supply high-quality baking and food products. All items are checked before dispatch.
To ensure fairness, please read the return rules carefully.


Returns Accepted For

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged or defective product received

  • Missing items (must be reported within 24 hours)

Important:
A full unboxing video (from start to end without cuts) is mandatory for any damage or wrong item claim.


Returns Not Accepted For

Gunimal Food Products does not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Chocolate or heat-sensitive items melted due to weather

  • Damage caused by temperature, humidity, or climate

  • Minor packaging dents or cosmetic damage from courier handling

  • Edible/food products that have been opened or used

  • Clearance or sale products

  • Packaging materials unless heavily damaged and supported by proof


Weather & Logistics Disclaimer

We are not liable for:

  • Heat damage or melting

  • Delays caused by courier

  • Rough handling by logistics

  • Natural factors affecting product condition

  • Temperature-dependent changes

These conditions are outside our control and do not qualify for return or refund.


Return Window

Return or complaint requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.


Refund Process

After verification and approval, refunds will be processed through:

  • The original payment method, or

  • Store credit

  • Within 3-4 working days

Approval is subject to internal quality checks.


Order Cancellation

No cancellations, please order responsibly

RTO Refund Policy

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect/incomplete address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel, or any delivery-related issue, the order will be treated as RTO (Return to Origin).

Refunds for RTO orders will be processed only after the parcel is successfully returned back to our facility and verified by our team.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Any reverse logistics/RTO charges charged by courier partners may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refund processing may take 3–7 working days after receiving and verifying the returned parcel.
