Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
High-volume periods may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges
FREE Shipping on orders above ₹3500
Orders below ₹3500 will have shipping charges calculated at checkout based on weight & delivery pincode.
Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
Remote / Special Zones: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines depend on courier operations, weather, and unforeseen delays.
Heat-Sensitive Products (Chocolates, Couverture, Butter, etc.)
Some items are extremely sensitive to temperature. While we pack such products securely, we cannot control weather conditions during transit.
Gunimal Food Products will not be responsible for:

Texture changes due to heat/humidity

Weather-related damage

Temperature variations during courier delivery
No refund/return will be accepted for these conditions.
Transit Damage Disclaimer
We use protective packaging to reduce transit damage, but couriers may cause minor dents or deformities.
The following are NOT eligible for return or refund:

Slight dents or crushed outer boxes

Packaging damage that does not affect the product

A tracking link will be shared via SMS/Email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Delay Policy
At Gunimal Food Products, we work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery of your orders. However, in some cases, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Operational issues at courier hubs
- High shipment volume
- Remote delivery locations
- Public holidays or unforeseen logistics disruptions
If your order appears delayed, we request customers to contact us directly so our team can coordinate with the shipping partner and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
RTO & Reshipment Policy
If a parcel is returned back to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the order, or any courier-related issue, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
In such cases, a new parcel/reshipment will only be processed after the original parcel is received back by us from the courier partner.
Customers may be required to pay applicable reshipping charges before the new shipment is dispatched.
